Description
The taste of Rambutan is rich, creamy, and sweet with a slight acidity. The flavour is a little like grapes with a subtle hint of strawberries. The outer skin is red and is spiked with stiff yellow-green hair-like bristles. The flesh is juicy, white, and translucent with a grape-like gelatinous texture encasing an almond-like inedible seed.
