Liu Quan river snails rice noodle 268g
Liuquan Snail Noodles is a product launched by Guangxi Quanhui Food Co. The company was established in 2014 and is a company mainly engaged in the processing and sales of a series of pre-packaged food and convenience food products of Liuzhou Snail Noodles. In terms of specific snail noodle products, Liuquan Snail Noodles is dedicated to making authentic snail noodle cuisine, and therefore uses ingredients such as fresh tube bones, chicken frames and snails, and adds dozens of herbs to achieve a sweet and delicious snail noodle soup. In terms of other ingredients, Liuquan Snail Noodles adheres to the soft, tough and crisp rice noodles that are unique to Liuzhou, and is then served with ingredients such as sour bamboo shoots, peanuts, fried yuba, daylily, dried radish and fresh green vegetables, with a strong but moderate sour and spicy flavour, giving the finished product the advantage of being clear but not bland, numb but not dry, spicy but not hot, and fragrant but not greasy, which whets the appetite. Although it is packaged food, the finished product cooked with Liuquan snail noodles is not in the least bit unpleasant and is therefore rapidly becoming popular in many cities.
