Introduction
Cutlet (Taiwan: Kuah-pau), also known as Kari-bau, is one of the well-known snacks in Taiwan. It is a noodle dish commonly made by steaming a fermented pastry and sandwiching kang meat, pickled vegetables and other fillings in it, and the prototype originated from the "tiger-biting pig" in Fuzhou, Fujian Province.
This product is a Kuah-pau crust, also known as a lotus leaf cake, and is suitable for making homemade Kuah-pau.
