Keep frozen at -18°C or colder until the best before date. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.

Use Instruction
For the best result cook from frozen. All appliances vary, the followings are guidelines only. Please ensure the product is thoroughly cooked until piping hot and be careful of hot steam when removing Cheung Fun from steamer.
Steam (Best Choice)
1. Add 1/3 water into steamer, bring water to boil.
2. Do not defrost, remove packaging, place Cheung Fun on steaming rack and cover with a lid.
3. Steam for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Microwave
Do not defrost. Place Cheung Fun in microwave-safe container with lid. Microwave (700W) for 2-3 minutes. If microwave power or number of food changes, heating time should be adjusted appropriately.
