From Cabernet Sauvignon vines planted long ago in Valle de Loncomilla (Maule Valley). Close to cooling winds from the Atlantic. The Carta Vieja Cabernet Sauvignon has an attractive red colour with soft purple tones. Lots of fruit, with blackberries, plums and cherries mixed with sweet notes of chocolate and mocha. Light green pepper notes.Balanced and with a velvety mouthfeel and supple structure. A long lasting finish.

Food and drink:

Can be enjoyed alone, with a piece of pat; or rillettes. Can also be enjoyed with a steak.
