Whole-grain Knackebrood from g'woon is largely made from whole-grain rye flour and whole-wheat flour. Whole grain means that the entire grain is used for grinding, including the outer layer. And it is precisely in that outer layer that most of the fibers are to be found. G'woon Knackebrood is rich in fiber (14 grams per 100 grams).
