The name “Rougamo” (Roujiamo) is an ancient Chinese ellipsis that means “meat sandwiched in the steamed bun.” It is one of the most special foods of the Han nationality in the Shaanxi Province of China. The steamed bun is fragrant, the meat is crisp, rich and mellow, fat but not greasy, leading to the endless aftertaste.

Sijia Kitchen's Rougamo ingredients and spices are carefully selected. Fresh beef, beef tendons, and the secret spice recipe are simmered for hours until the beef and tendons are soft and smooth. Together with Sijia Kitchen's handmade steamed buns, the aftertaste is endless.
