Returns that are not shipped without a valid reason within 30 days of the original order being processed will be charged 100% of the restocking fee.

Return policy for shipped items

For quality or other issues, buyers may request a refund or reshipment within 7 days of the final customer receiving the item. Return costs will be borne by the seller.

Purchases include a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, during which the buyer may request a refund, partial reshipment, or full reshipment in the event of a manufacturing defect.
