Conimex Sajoer Boemboe is an authentic Indonesian vegetable dish. This mildly spicy spice paste with red peppers and coconut is the basis for deliciously sweet and spicy green beans. We have adapted the recipe of our boemboes with attention to sugar and salt, with just as delicious and familiar taste. This boembo is quick and easy to prepare, just follow the instructions on the back of the package. It is ready within 15 minutes and suitable for 3 to 4 people. Just add green beans (500 g) and rice (300 g) to the spice paste and enjoy a delicious dish.

Tip: Sajoer beans can be served 'wet' by not fully reducing the paste. Just as you like it! Serve them as a side dish with rendang for example.
