Carte Vieja Sauvignon Banc

Originates from the Loncomilla valley close to the Atlantic coast in Chile. Part of the larger Maule Valley. Cool sea breezes make the temperature drop at night. Together with lots of sunlight, this makes the Sauvignon Blanc burst with fresh fruit. Fresh, clean and intense nose. Aromas of white currant and gooseberry, fresh green herbs and lime. Fresh acidity, juiciness and a long elegant finish.

Food and wine

Goes well with Ceviche with grated lime. Also great with mussels Thai style with lemongrass.
