Recipe - How to eat
• 300g (lean) minced meat • 500g sauerkraut • 2 onions (150g) • 1 egg • 600g potato slices • 125ml crème fraîche (light) 650g vegetables in total
Preparation method (3-4 people)
Prepare 10 mins
Oven time 45 minutes.
1) Preheat the oven to 200°C, hot air to 180°C. Pre-boil the raw potato slices for approx. 5 minutes. Cut the onions. Drain the sauerkraut in a colander.
2) Bake the minced meat in a frying pan or snack pan. Bake the onions together with the sauerkraut for 5 minutes with the minced meat.
3) Divide half of the pre-cooked potato slices over the bottom of a greased baking dish. Add the minced meat with the sauerkraut on top.
4) Add the contents of the bag of oven mix together with 125ml crème fraîche to 350ml cold water and stir well with a whisk. Then add the egg and stir well again.
Pour 3/4 of the prepared oven mix evenly over the casserole.
Wait 2 minutes and in the meantime divide the other half of the potato slices over this.
Finally, pour the remaining part evenly over the casserole.
Leave the casserole in the oven for approx. 45 minutes until cooked and golden brown.
