Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce 150ml
Light soy sauce is made from fermented soybeans with wheat, salt, water and yeast. The light soy sauce is aged for a short time and is therefore lighter in color and taste, but more salty. Light Soy sauce from LKK has a more intense soy flavor than normal soy sauce because of its special preparation.
