Introduction

BIFI minis in a bag are mini dry smoked sausages, individually wrapped, presented in a sharing pack. These mini dry smoked sausages are ideal to share with your friends as an aperitif or as a snack ... Each package contains 10 mini sausages of 10 gr.

Ingredient

Pork, beef, iodized salt (salt, potassium iodate), dextrose, spices (pepper, coriander, garlic), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservative (sodium nitrite), wood smoke.

Prepared with 160 gr of pork and beef for 100 gr of Bifi.

CAUTION

The transparent film around the sausage is not edible.

Packaged in a protective atmosphere.

Storage

Store in a dry place away from heat and light. Close the packaging well after opening.
