A sweet and juicy white onion with a rich, juicy flavour.
The bottom of the bun is fried to a crispy golden colour and the meat filling is extremely tender. When you make your own bun, you can sprinkle it with spring onions and sesame seeds.
You can also prepare your own dipping sauce such as chilli sauce and vinegar to serve with it.

How to Heat the Pan-fried Buns
1、Cold oil and cold water in the pan
2、Put the cold water to 1/2-1/3 of the height (depending on the size of the pan and how much you put in)
3、Cook on medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes (don't open the lid halfway!)
4、Till the water is dried up, it is recommended to sprinkle some chopped green onion and sesame seeds again.
