Bamboo Kitchen Roasted Peking duck with pancakes & hoisin sauce 250g
Preparation method:
1 Open the packaginq. Take out the pancakes, the meat and the sachet with sauce.
2 Thaw the sachet with sauce in warm water.
3 Cut the spring onion and red onion into thin strips.
4 Open the sachet with the meat and fru the meat in a frying pan with some oil for 3-4 minutes until it is warm.
5 Heat the pancakes in sachet (frozen) in the microwave for 40 seconds at 750 Watt.
6 Fill the pancakes with about 10 grams of meat. Add spring onion, red onion, aruqula and Hoisin sauce to taste. Roll up the pancakes.

Cooked duck meat:
Duck meat 100% (country of origin: the Netherlands).
Pancakes:
WHEAT four 68%, water, rapeseed oil, salt.
Hoisin sauce:
Sugar, water, salt, SOY bean paste (water, salt, SOY beans, WHEAT flour), sweet potato, colouring agent E150a, modified corn starch, garlic, food acid E260, spices, salted chili pepper, SESAME SEED paste.
Storage:
Freezer: Store at least at - 18° C.
Refrigerated: Maximum 3 days at a storage temperature below 4°C.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
