Water, Crayfish (Procambarus clarkii) (Crustacean) (16.7%), Thickener: E1412, Spicy Sauce (8.3%) [Seafood Flavoured Sauce (Sugar, Water, Soybean, Wheat Flour, Dehydrated Garlic, Peanut Oil, Salted Pepper), Soybean Oil, Brewed Soy Sauce (Water, Soybean, Salt, Color: E150a, Wheat, Sugar, Flavour Enhancer: E621, Straw Mushroom), Rattan Pepper Oil, Salt, Flavour Enhancer: E621, Flavoring, Onion, Chili Powder], Glutinous Rice Flour (7.8%), Trehalose, Wheat Starch, Blended Oil [Soybean Oil, Palm Oil, Antioxidant: E319], Salt, Thickeners: E412.  

*Trehalose is a source of glucose.  

Storage 

Keep frozen at -18°C or colder until the best before date. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.

Use Instruction 

For the best results cook from frozen. All appliances vary, the followings are guidelines only. Please ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. Please always be careful of hot steam when removing Cheung Fun from steamer. 

Steam (Best Choice) 

1. Do not defrost, remove package, add 1/3 water into a steamer, bring water to boil. 

2. Put Cheung Fun into steamer and steam for about 5 minutes over medium heat. 

Microwave

Place frozen Cheung Fun in microwave-safe container with lid, microwave (700W) for 2-3 minutes, if the microwave power or the number of food changes, the heating time should be adjusted appropriately.
