Return policy for shipped items

1. For quality issues, the buyer may request a refund or reshipment or replacement parts within 30 days of the final customer receiving the item. The cost of reshipping will be borne by the seller.

For non-quality issues, unconditional returns are subject to the consumer's responsibility for shipping costs, and when furniture is not returned in its original, new and unused condition, the seller may deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value of the returned item, which may be as high as the full purchase price.

*Warranty Policy

The purchase includes a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. In the event of a manufacturing defect, the buyer may request a refund, partial reshipment, or full reshipment within the warranty period.

Please note that the warranty policy does not apply to the following situations.

1. Damage caused by negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or natural disasters and accidents, including but not limited to: burns, cuts, tears, abrasions, scratches, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage
