HaoHuanLuo Snail Noodles (Spicy and Smelly) 400g
Chinese company Haohuanluo offers Liuzhou River branded Snail Rice Noodles in 400g packets. Colloquially called ‘Luosifen noodles’ snail rice noodles is an ethnic Chinese noodles variety that originated in the Liuzhou city of Guangxi region in China. The snail rice noodles are striking for their strong and intense smell which comes from the bamboo shoot ingredients in its recipe. This is primarily composed of Chinese rice noodles with a delicious soup stock made using stewed river snails and pork bones.
Cooking Instruction:
Method 1: Bring large pot of wtaer to boil. Toss dried rice noodles in boiling water cook for ten minutes. Drain well and put rice noodles in bowl, then take another 500ml of water to boil, pour rice noodles and snail soup, cook for futher 2 minutes. Add remainder flavourings you like, stir and enjoy. (Served with poaching)
Method 2: Bring water in a pot. Add dried rice noodles and cook 6 minutes. Remove from heat, cover the pot for 5 minutess, then drin well. Then take another boiled 20ml water pour in rice noodles and add 1/2 snail soup, toss the remainder flavourings you like, stir and enjoy. (Served with sauce).
