Use
Put the rice in a pan with plenty of boiling water. Washing beforehand is not necessary. Add salt to taste. Bring to the boil again and let the rice cook for 8 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat source and drain the rice. Leave the rice to stand for another 15 minutes with the lid on the pan. Before serving, briefly stir the rice.
