Lipton uses 100% Rainforest Alliance certified tea. This means that all the tea we use comes from tea plantations that work with people and the environment in mind. From 2020 all Lipton bottles will be made from 100% recycled plastic and will be fully recyclable! By using recycled material (rPET) Lipton ensures that no new plastic is added to the world. It also reduces CO2 emissions by over 40%. And by making the bottles recyclable, empty bottles no longer end up as waste, but as raw material for new bottles. This way we make a positive difference to the environment.
