Usage
Baking temperature guidelines: Electric oven: 180°C, Fan oven 160°C, Gas oven setting 4. The oven temperature may vary. If necessary, use the oven's instruction manual and experience. Combination microwave: Only use the hot air function! Electric baking recommended.
Preparation: Requirements: mixer with whisks. Prepare (5 minutes). Make sure the butter is at room temperature. Place the rack in the middle of the oven and preheat the oven (the temperature can be found on the side of the package). Push down the perforated edges of the baking tin. Prepare batter (10 minutes). Place the butter in a mixing bowl and beat with a mixer with whisks until soft and creamy (do not beat until fluffy). Add the Browniemis and the water (100 ml) and mix everything well with the mixer on the lowest setting. Mix on the lowest speed for 1 minute more until smooth. When using Dr. Oetker Chocolate Chips now stir these into the batter with a spatula. Bake (approx. 40 minutes). Place the baking tin on the rack in the center of the preheated oven. Bake the brownies for about 40 minutes. The brownies are ready when the top is shiny, the whole has collapsed and the inside is still slightly moist. Let the brownies cool in the tin before removing them.
