LISTERINE® Flavours Mild and Mint is specially formulated to kill germs and freshen breath. When used twice daily, this product helps prevent plaque, a leading cause of gum disease. With just 30 seconds of rinsing twice a day, this formula helps complete your oral care routine.

Use twice daily. Especially effective when used morning and evening after brushing.

Pour 20ml (4 teaspoons of 5ml) into a glass, rinse around the teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit it out. Use 10ml for children between 6 and 12 years of age.
