Storage

Keep frozen at -18°C or colder until the best before date. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.

Use Instruction

For the best results cook from frozen. All appliances vary, the followings are guidelines only. Please ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. Please always be careful of hot steam when removing Siu Mai from steamer.

Steam

Do not defrost. Remove Siu Mai from pack. Fill a steamer with 1/3 water and bring water to boil. Lay out Siu Mai on rack, place in the steamer and cover with a lid. Steam for 8 minutes, delicious Siu Mai is ready to serve.
