How to heat meat loaf (Roujiamo)

To be defrosted

Defrosting method

1、Without package, microwave 250w, need to seal cling film, 4min

2、Place in refrigerator at 7 degrees for 12 hours

Remove the bun from the bag and cook.

Air fryer

160 degrees, 3min each side

Microwave oven

800w, need to seal plastic wrap, 45s

Steamer

100 degrees boiling water, 6min

Frying pan

Brush with oil, 4min on low heat

Oven

160°C, brush with oil on both sides for 15min
