Usage

1. Wash your hands and make sure the cup is clean.

2. Allow boiled water to cool to lukewarm temperature (about 37 degrees) and pour the required amount of water (30 ml for one cup) into the cup.

8. Prepared food can be kept outside the refrigerator for no longer than 2 hours. Do not reuse leftover food.
